RT, everyone – our factory uses the Dalian Jiacun low-temperature methanol washing process package. The methanol-poor liquid filter features 10 filter elements that are removed and cleaned mechanically; the mesh size is around 100. The performance of this filter is very poor – it gets clogged shortly after being cleaned. Are there any colleagues who have experience with filters that work better? Suppliers are welcome to apply on their own!

For a filtration requirement of 100 microns, there is no need to use filter elements; if manual cleaning is not desired, a fully automatic cleaning filter can be used. It provides information on flow rate and the medium, and can help design a filtration system for you.

You can’t blame the filter element; the system wasn’t properly purged before driving, and the water-based flushing wasn’t done properly
It shouldn’t be this dirty under normal circumstances; to resolve the issue completely, it’s necessary to identify the problems within the system. As a temporary solution, one can only clean it more thoroughly and use several extra sets as backups.
It is recommended to analyze and determine the composition of the impurities, whether they are coal dust or FeS.
