Isn’t using a magnetic flip plate very convenient? Why use a glass level gauge then?
Generally, magnetic flap level gauges are used; suspended solids can easily cause jamming. Adding low-temperature resistant stainless steel hollow balls should help, as a reference to magnetic flap level gauges
