Slight excess of CO in liquid nitrogen washing

When the liquid level in the liquid nitrogen washing tower exceeds 100%, trace amounts of CO can fluctuate above the allowed levels. Why is this?
This is easy to understand; once the liquid level reaches 100, the gas at the top of the tower is prone to having liquid in it
Is that all? Will the gas flow deviate after the tray is flooded, resulting in CO not being washed away properly?
Once the trays are submerged, they lose their ability to perform distillation separation.:) The more trays that are submerged, the greater the likelihood of liquid carryover, and thus the worse the tower’s separation performance becomes
One possibility is the presence of liquid, and the other is that too much washing nitrogen is used, which causes the overall temperature during liquid nitrogen washing to rise; as a result, the cleaning effect will definitely be poor!
