Seek a suitable manufacturer for catalyst loading. Loading mass: Catalyst + ceramic balls = 250 kg. Reactor type: tubular fixed-bed reactor, with 100 reaction tubes. Open the cover for loading; there is no enclosed space. Location: Guanzhong, Shaanxi.
Catalyst loading is usually carried out by the company’s youth task force, who are familiar with the process requirements of the installation as well as various conditions such as the loading temperature. Outsourced loading – this is the first time I’ve encountered it. Can the quality requirements be ensured?
The loading capacity isn’t very high either; those in charge of loading should be better aware of the requirements. Usually, it’s the people within the organization who carry out the loading, so there’s no need to outsource it
The experimental items and data for loading are available, with the catalysts properly packaged in sub-packages. The main task is to measure the pressure drop data for each tube, in order to ensure consistent air intake. We don’t have the necessary equipment, so we sought guidance from a suitable catalyst loading company.
