Dear sea friends, what is the maximum capacity of a single low-temperature methanol washing unit (in terms of the amount of shift gas it can process)? For million tons of coal-to-oil and million tons of coal-to-olefins production, how should the low-temperature methanol washing units be configured? Are there any examples of such units operating independently?
Single set design: 490,000; maximum test load: 620,000
The design capacity of Jinshan is 450,000 tons, while its operational capacity is 600,000 tons; the low-temperature methanol washing process used is based on the technology package developed by Dalian University of Technology
Under construction: designed capacity of 1.32 million, 66 units per tower, one regeneration system
