It is designed as a single-track railway. The line connects from Zhundong Station of Wujiang Railway to the newly built Shanneng Chemical Station. The entire line is 24.37 kilometers long, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour and a designed transportation capacity of 35 million tons per year.
