I’m having trouble with the YT1000R electrical valve actuator – it won’t open when set at 30, or it opens very slowly. I hope some experts can provide guidance! Thank you
Manually move the zero adjustment rod inside the positioner to see if the actuator can complete its stroke. If it cannot, check whether the output pressure of the positioner is normal; if it is not, then the pilot valve of the positioner is damaged and the positioner needs to be replaced. If it’s normal, then there is a problem with the cylinder of the actuator or the flap that connects to the actuator.
