I’m a newcomer. Could you please explain the functions of the throttle hole and the vent port in electric-pneumatic valve positioners? And how to zero and set the range? There are + and - indicators near the zero and range knobs; what do adjusting them in the + or - direction mean?

First of all, each locator is different
It is recommended that you refer to a specific model when asking questions, as this makes it easier to understand. For electrical converters, the zero point and range need to be adjusted several times in order to achieve the best results
