Soft starters often fail to start

We have a domestically produced soft starter that often shows error messages and fails to start. Just power it on again. The soft starter there also tends to break easily. 75KW belt, with hydraulic coupler. The operating current is about half of the rated value. ? !
1. If it can be started after being powered on again, it indicates that there is a problem with the control program; it’s a software issue. 2. It breaks down frequently due to hardware quality issues; considering replacing it with a soft starter might be an option. 3. For 75kw motors, the load is adjusted by controlling the hydraulic coupler; if the transformer capacity is greater than 1000 KVA, direct starting can be considered as an alternative.
