Those who don’t want to spend money still want to download it; electrical designers in design firms have it, but they don’t use it very often. They prefer to use legitimate CAD software, although design firms tend to use the latest versions – currently, it’s the 2016 version.
You’ve only seen wealthy design firms, right? Updating to a new version costs money; I’ve seen some design firms use domestic CAD software.
