Are no electrical devices allowed inside the fire dikes of Class A and B tank areas? Is explosion-proof lighting also not permitted?

An expert has pointed out that the lighting fixtures in the tank area cofferdam do not meet the regulations, and I have come here to seek advice from all of you.
The area within the tank farm embankment should be classified as Zone 2 of explosive hazard areas; explosion-proof electrical appliances/lights suitable for Zone 2 can be installed there. Of course, it is even safer if such appliances or lights can be installed in a safe area to fulfill the same functions.
