Maintenance issues of YE series high-efficiency motors

Currently, the **YE series of new high-efficiency motors is being adopted, but what issues should be considered if a motor fails and needs repair? What is needed to ensure that the energy efficiency level of the original motor is not reduced?
The energy consumption of motors is related to the direct design of the product, and this relates to two main aspects: 1. Design: including the design of the stator and rotor as well as the magnetic circuit design; 2. Materials: single-crystal oriented silicon steel sheets, high-quality electromagnetic wires, and insulating materials. Once the product is finalized, as long as no major changes are made during maintenance, the energy consumption will remain fairly consistent. Unprofessional, just my personal opinion.
