Do movable steel containers require separate grounding?

Do mobile metal containers such as liquid ammonia cylinders require separate grounding? The safety measures for ammonia listed in the \"Safety Measures and Emergency Response Principles for Hazardous Chemicals Under Intensive Supervision\" state that \"during transfer, cylinders and containers must be grounded and bonded.\" Does this mean that if the container or pipeline used to receive ammonia is grounded, the cylinder only needs to be bonded to the pipeline? Does it still mean that both the container and the liquid ammonia cylinders need to be connected to the building’s grounding system?
If the container or pipeline for receiving ammonia is grounded, the cylinder only needs to be bonded to the pipeline; it does not require separate grounding.
No, although ammonia is not flammable, it is still necessary to designate explosion zones indoors. Using such pipes for grounding is unsafe. See Article 5.5.3 of GB50058-2014
Separate grounding shall be provided in explosive environments, per Article 5.5.3 of GB50058-2014.
