Items such as phase sequence strips, insulating tape, plastic ties, red and green light bulbs, buttons, etc., generally refer to equipment, tools, appliances, and instruments whose unit value does not meet the criteria for classification as fixed assets – for example, less than 2000 yuan – but whose useful life is more than one year.
2,000 yuan is just one condition; spare parts worth more than 2,000 yuan can also be considered low-value consumables. Whether it is a fixed asset depends not only on the 2,000-yuan threshold but also on whether it can operate independently.
