Is it necessary to verify the dynamic stability for 5×4 square millimeter incoming cables? The drawing review center requires verification of both dynamic and thermal stability; I think thermal stability verification is indeed needed. As for dynamic stability, I read in the textbook that cables have good mechanical strength, so there is no need to verify dynamic stability. How should I reply to the expert?
