Testing of lightning arresters

I read in a book on construction that the tests for lightning arresters include: 1. The insulation resistance of the lightning arrester; 2. The leakage current of the lightning arrester, the AC conductance current of magnetically blown lightning arresters, and the steady-state current of metal oxide lightning arresters; 3. The power-frequency reference voltage or DC reference voltage for metal oxide lightning arresters, as well as the power-frequency discharge voltage for FS-type valve-type lightning arresters. I would like to know which standards specify these requirements How to measure leakage current, AC conductance current, steady-state current, as well as the power-frequency reference voltage, DC reference voltage, and power-frequency discharge voltage? What instruments are used? Please give me some advice, experts!
