The motor is 2800kW, and differential protection is required. It would be best to have relevant materials; there is a project currently in progress, and I am not very familiar with the protection and control systems involved in it. I have worked on asynchronous generators of 4600 kW, 10 kV; the protection system used is that of generators, and all that’s needed in addition to what’s required for ordinary motors is protection against reverse power.
