II. Measures for chemical (hazardous chemicals) enterprises to prevent power cuts (1) Be prepared: For enterprises with dual power supply, it is necessary to ensure safety and reliability in the event that one power source is switched off while the other takes over ; Enterprises with their own power plants must carry out accurate calculations of the electricity generated for internal use, self-consumption, and sale to the grid, in order to meet the requirements of their safe operating load ; Enterprises that install backup power supplies and generators should strengthen the inspection and testing of equipment to ensure the reliability of the backup power. (II) Optimal control: Develop actionable internal load optimization control plans and enforce strict electricity usage procedures.
