I see that many electrical cabinets are equipped with fuses. Is a leakage protector standard?

Only TN-S systems are equipped with leakage protection; in TN-C systems, leakage protection doesn’t function unless someone gets electrocuted, or if the live wire leaks current to the casing. I remember that TN-C doesn’t have such a setting, so other measures such as fuses and other protective devices must be used to compensate for it.
These days, it’s generally TN-CS.
Understand the function of leakage protection: Preventing electrical fires? Prevent electric shock to people? Can the circuit breaker’s short-circuit protection be used as a supplementary protection when the sensitivity of that protection is insufficient for single-phase ground fault protection? It is recommended to learn more about the relevant standards; relying solely on leakage protection can have a significant impact on the reliability of the system.
