PE and PVC pipes accumulate static electricity; how can this static electricity be dissipated? I seek guidance from those who are more experienced!

Do these pipes have a metal lining? Or use metal pipes directly; how can plastic pipes prevent static electricity?
Plastic pipes generally do not require electrostatic grounding. If electrostatic charges do occur in actual production, a metal clamping ring can be installed around the outside of the plastic pipe, and then a grounding wire can be used to connect it to a grounding point with an acceptable resistance value.
This issue is really rare; simply use metal connectors that meet your requirements at the pipe joints, and ensure those connectors are grounded. The appropriate number or length of connectors should be determined using a meter
I understand that only metals and electrostatic semiconductors need to be grounded; insulators do not require electrostatic grounding, as there is no way to conduct away static electricity. Of course, static electricity can be discharged locally in segments by adding gaskets or graphite pads to the segmented pipes. However, the static electricity distributed in the pipe material cannot be dealt with, so the solution starts with the pipe material itself.
Our current approach is to use a copper braided wire over short distances internally, connecting it to the grounding electrode (wire).
