The preliminary project is under construction; the UPS, which had been in operation for several days, suddenly stopped providing inverter output. The batteries discharged to a level that triggered a low-voltage alarm. It was eventually determined that the AC power supply connected to the UPS already belonged to the third-level power supply system, and the phase sequence of the AC power supply had been altered.
“What does “adjusted” mean? Was it done on purpose by someone?

It wasn’t intentional; I don’t know why either. In any case, the power supply’s phase sequence was changed
The phase sequence cannot be adjusted arbitrarily, as it is possible that the power supply is still connected to the bypass circuit; if the phase sequence changes, it will cause a direct short circuit with the output from the inverter
