Where the cable trench intersects with the drainage pipes, is it possible to pass through from below?

The elevation of the drainage pipes cannot be changed. Since the cable trench intersects with them, could we have it pass underneath and then come back up again, creating a \"concave\" shape? Is that possible?
It should be fine; many of the machines in our factory are like this. I think it’s indeed very difficult to drain water from the recessed areas. Could those recessed areas be designed so that pipes can be placed inside them and buried underground? The rest is still a cable trench
