Item (V) of the announcement states that for products manufactured during the valid period of the production license, they may continue to be sold out of the factory in their original packaging (which meets the requirements of the production license) after October 1, 2020. As of October 1, 2020, the above products may not be manufactured, sold, imported, or used in any other business activities unless they possess a mandatory product certification certificate and are marked with the corresponding certification mark.
