When the product being applied for is manufactured in-house, the business scope of the applicant’s corporate business license must include the product in question ； When the product being applied for is manufactured under the OEM model, the OEM manufacturer must be a legal entity, and its business license must include the scope of operations related to the product being applied for. 3. When the production address is leased, the applicant should pay attention to the validity period of the lease agreement; if the time since the application was submitted is less than five years from the expiration date of the lease agreement, the validity period of the safety signs will be affected by the validity period of the lease agreement. 4. For products manufactured under the OEM model, applicants should pay attention to the validity period of the OEM commission agreement. If the time of application is less than five years prior to the expiration date of the OEM contract, the validity period of the safety mark will be affected by the contract’s duration.
