Is there a basis for conducting on-site instrument inspections twice a day? Thank you!
In the case of chemical enterprises, in accordance with item (2) of 3.2.1 in the \"Guidelines for Identifying and Addressing Safety Risks and Hazards in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises\", the directly responsible managers at the grassroots workshops (units) – namely process and equipment technicians, as well as electrical and instrumentation staff – shall conduct relevant professional inspections of the plant site at least twice a day； This document was issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management, with the reference number: Emergency [2019] No. 78
