For a 380V motor, what insulation resistance is considered good? I saw that some sources mention 1000 euros per V; I would like to know which standard this comes from
It is recommended to consult the electrical technicians and electricians in the equipment department of the company; they all know about this.
GB/T 755-2019
According to GB50150-2016, the Standard for Acceptance Tests of Electrical Equipment in Electrical Installation Works, clause 7.0.3 stipulates that for equipment with a rated voltage of 1000 KV or less, the insulation resistance should be no less than 0.5 megohms at normal temperature; for equipment with a rated voltage of 1000 KV or more, the insulation resistance of the stator windings should be no less than 1 megohm/KV. Additionally, Sinopec’s Regulations on Maintenance and Repair of Petrochemical Equipment also establish insulation standards for motor maintenance based on this standard. This is the minimum insulation standard; of course, it’s better if the motor’s insulation meets a standard higher than this.
