What tests need to be conducted after a 10KV medium-voltage substation is built?

For the new project at the factory, the installation of high-voltage circuit breaker cabinets, parallel connection cabinets, incoming line cabinets, metering cabinets, control cabinets, etc. in the 10KV substation has been completed. What tests need to be carried out before handing over the facility? Is it usually done by the construction company, or by the supplier of the switchgear (Schneider)? Do these cabinets need to undergo factory testing at the supplier’s site (Schneider Integrated) before being installed on-site? I have no prior experience with new electrical projects.
The construction unit is required to go through the approval process at the power supply company to obtain permission for power supply.
Before leaving the factory, the cabinets are definitely subjected to corresponding factory tests, and relevant factory qualification reports are provided as a basis for delivery and equipment acceptance. After on-site installation is completed, handover tests are required, including voltage resistance tests and transmission tests, all of which are the responsibility of the construction party, who entrusts qualified organizations to carry them out. If higher-level authorities are involved in drawing power from the grid, stricter requirements apply, and relevant approvals from the appropriate departments are also needed.
