Won’t such a process start up faster, since there is a reboiler, the large cold bypass for high heat exchange can be used without compromising the bottom temperature of the distillation column? ; However, the stabilizer requires a separate naphtha line; otherwise, it cannot circulate. The heat source for the stabilizer should be a reboiler that uses the oil from the bottom of the distillation tower as its heat source ; The distillation tower is larger than the one that uses stripping combined with distillation, while the stabilizer is smaller than the stripping tower. Which option is more cost-effective overall? Is there a risk of water in diesel? I think the distillation tower and stabilizer can make more efficient use of heat
First, in the fractionation tower, part of the crude gasoline at the top is recycled while another part is sent to the stabilization tower. I haven’t calculated which method is more cost-effective; diesel doesn’t pose the risk of containing water. In the stripping + distillation process, does the bottom of the distillation column also rely on a reboiler as a heat source?
