Are there any experts from Yantai Wanhua or Lianyungang Shenghong? I’d like to ask gently: is it easy to take leave due to shift rotations there? I mainly want to go home once every two months. What’s the compensation like? {:9004:}
It’s already good enough for Wanhua to get a chance to go home once every two years; the mandatory overtime is not too bad either
How exactly is the overtime done? It’s not like four shifts and two rotations, right?
