In the process of producing hydrogen from methane, when it is said that the system cannot be operated with an empty drum, does that mean the steam drum cannot be empty or the steam generator cannot be empty? Why?
If the drum is dry, will there still be water in the steam generator? Neither of them can be done

Generally, the setting for the evaporator is lower than that of the drum; controlling the liquid level in the drum is equivalent to controlling the liquid level in the evaporator. If the evaporator runs out of liquid, then the drum will definitely also be empty by then. The drum must maintain its liquid level. In the event of a severe situation with the dry pot, an emergency shutdown is necessary; adding water under force is not allowed, as this could lead to pipe bursts or physical explosion of the container.
Dry pots need to be handled as accidents.
The evaporative dry pot – it’s already dry inside the atmospheric chamber! By dry pot, they mean the steam drum dry pot!
