I have been working here for two days and am going through the relevant procedures. I hope everyone can provide a flowchart of the distillation process that is easy for beginners to understand, showing all the valves as well as the flow direction of the fluids in the pipelines. Additionally, I hope there will be a written description of the distillation process, with as much detail as possible. It would be ideal to include information on where the feed enters the tower, the composition of the feed, the composition of the output, how separation takes place, and what the purpose of this process is. All of these details would be very helpful.
I think we should start with the operating procedures and flowcharts for your own equipment! If you can’t master your own, it’s even harder to get started with something else.
As a newcomer, the most important thing is to learn well from your mentor on the job*
Does the team not have process procedures or operating procedures? There must be some; go and ask for them
