What causes the high CO level in the converted gas, and how should it be dealt with?
Could you provide the specific values for the transformed samples? For example, what are the specific values for methane, hydrogen content, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide?
Simply put, if there is too much carbon monoxide in the converted gas, what are the causes of that?
The conversion outlet temperature does not need to be too high as long as the methane meets the specifications
What other reasons can cause a high level of carbon monoxide in the converted gas?
I personally think it might be due to the high-temperature variation being too low; try increasing the high-temperature variation and the water-to-carbon ratio
Check the level of carbon monoxide after conversion to see if it’s high. If it’s not high, then it should be an issue with the conversion catalyst at the back. If the content after conversion is high, the water-to-carbon ratio can be adjusted to reduce the carbon monoxide content.
