There is a flow deviation in the tubes of the hydrogen heating furnace; one of the two pathways is blocked, which prevents proper hydrogen circulation. Are there any other good solutions????
Reduce the processing volume and increase the recycle hydrogen – give it a try!
It is the hot hydrogen cycle in the early stage of operation, and this situation has occurred. The last shutdown was due to an emergency pressure release; it was suspected that there was oil remaining in one of the furnace tubes. Increased circulation volume was tried, but it still didn’t work
Is there oil stored? Was the hot hydrogen not cleaned properly of oil when you stopped operation? If the thermocouple is fine, it’s best to stop and use nitrogen to purge the furnace tube for inspection!
It’s very dangerous; coking can occur easily, and the situation will worsen over time, forcing shutdown for maintenance
It is recommended to stop operation for burning, or operate at reduced load

This can no longer be simply called a flow deviation; the path is completely blocked, and coking occurs even when heating it.
If it is confirmed that the furnace tubes are blocked, operations must be halted for repairs; otherwise, as the furnace temperature rises, the tubes will burn out, and there is a high risk of expansion, disconnection, and collapse
