The source of the purified water is treated acidic water, which in turn comes from the water generated during the deoxidation reaction as well as the desalinated water injected into the system; therefore, the chlorine content should not be very high. The purpose of injecting water during the reaction is to remove hydrogen sulfide and ammonia from the circulating hydrogen, so it is necessary to control the ammonia nitrogen content in the purified water to prevent it from affecting the efficiency of the purification process. We generally keep this level below 100 PPM. As for the chlorine content in the purified water, it has not been measured very often. Regarding what the experts have said about high chlorine levels combined with ammonia to form ammonium chloride crystals that can clog pipes, this is indeed a possible problem. However, I believe that since both the raw materials and the desalinated water have their chlorine content under control, it is necessary to measure the ammonia nitrogen content in the purified water. As for the chlorine content, it depends on the actual situation – if the chlorine content in the raw materials is high, then it is necessary to measure it
