The mixer in the diesel delivery pipeline is used to mix diesel with an anti-wear agent. Will this limit the amount of diesel that can be delivered? If the amount is increased, won’t it be possible to deliver it? Why?
The amount of anti-wear agent added is very small, ranging from a few dozen to a few hundred PPM, and it does not affect the volume of diesel delivered. The fluctuations in the delivery volume are caused by issues with the diesel pump, the control valves in the output system, and high pressure fluctuations in the downstream system

I understand that the mixer consists of a filter and a coalescer, serving the purpose of dehydration. As the diesel flows through it, there will be pressure difference readings at both the field level and on the DCS; this pressure difference is very small and can be ignored, so it won’t have any impact on the amount of diesel

How is the mixing performance of the injection mixer you use? Is self-circulation still needed after entering the tank? Cycle time?
It is understood that the online mixing effect of diesel injection mixers is not always ideal. Before leaving the factory, diesel is typically mixed with cetane number improvers, antifreeze agents, antistatic agents, and anti-wear agents. Due to the poor quality of online mixing, internal circulation within the tank is also necessary.
What is an antistatic agent? ?
The results are decent; sample analysis can be done without issues. The concern is the limited quantity – after all, the current processing volume wasn’t mentioned before
