There is a reboiler at the bottom of the tower; is the pressure at the top of the tower equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the gasoline inside the tower? There is reflux at the top of the tower
The top temperature of the tower is generally determined by referring to the bubble point temperature of the material at the tower top; the tower pressure is then established based on this bubble point pressure. If, at atmospheric pressure, the bubble point temperature is below 40°C, then pressurized operation is considered.
