Regular inspection of pressure relief devices at 0.7Mpa and 2.1Mpa

I haven’t been involved in the inspection of pressure relief devices throughout my years in this industry; could someone experienced please explain it to me?
To prevent the pressure relief valve from getting stuck and failing to open during accident handling, it is generally inspected every six months. Before starting up, the upstream manual valve must be closed first, as well as all relevant interlock bypasses; then it is checked whether the pressure relief valve functions properly
After the hydrogen sealing is completed during driving, a pressure relief test is carried out – are there any other inspections required?
First of all, congratulations – this indicates that no emergency incidents have occurred in your system. We usually conduct inspections during the annual maintenance shutdowns, and it is not recommended to activate the emergency pressure relief valve during normal operation.
Is there any regulation regarding the inspection frequency for emergency pressure relief valves? Could someone who knows about safety provide some guidance? If it comes to testing, there’s no major issue – one just needs to isolate the valve and disable the interlocks.
