Fluctuations are related to pressure fluctuations of nitrogen.
The primary seal is in contact with the system medium, and the stability of the system pressure is what ensures the stability of the primary seal. There is a certain relationship between the secondary sealing and the primary leakage rate. This can cause instability in the dry gas seal.
The secondary and tertiary seals are related to nitrogen pressure fluctuations.
