Why is deoxygenated water used for water injection in hydrocracking reactions? Is diesel hydrogenation done using deionized water?

In our plant, the water used in the catalytic cracking reaction is demineralized water along with the oily wastewater obtained from the distillation column reflux tank; deoxygenated water is not used
From what I understood before, in the later refining stages of hydrocracking, if the reaction is not properly protected, a certain amount of unsaturated hydrocarbons will be present in the hydrocracked oil. If demineralized water is used for high-pressure water injection, the dissolved oxygen in that water will react oxidatively with the unsaturated hydrocarbons in the oil, resulting in the formation of gums.
First of all, there is not much difference between the two; in many refineries, the purity of demineralized water and deoxygenated water is almost the same, and the quality of the purified water is satisfactory. It can only be said that deoxygenated water is more expensive.

Using deionized water with too low a temperature can cause significant damage to the materials involved, and it also results in higher energy consumption. 2.
