Can the torpedo vehicle be used directly with equipment?

May I ask if a torpedo vehicle can be connected directly to the equipment after pressure reduction and other procedures? We don’t have hydrogen tanks; in other words, we want to use the torpedo vehicle as a hydrogen supply station. Is this allowed according to the regulations?
Allowed, I’ve been using it for almost seven or eight years now:lol
I’ve seen many stainless steel manufacturers do the same thing.
When and in what device is this used?
