High-altitude inspections are very important after the installation comes online. Here are a few key points to consider: 1. The flanges at the inlet and outlet of the reactor – although they are tested for tightness beforehand, leaks can still occur after operation begins. Flames can be clearly seen in areas with higher temperatures; therefore, it is necessary to conduct frequent inspections of these areas where high pressure may lead to leaks; 2. In areas under high temperature and pressure where gasoline and hydrogen are present, especially inside the insulation material, blackening has been observed. Do not remove the insulation material immediately, as the oil and gas contained within may catch fire upon contact with air; it is necessary to first use steam to shield the area and replace the gases before removing the insulation for inspection ; 3. Pipeline support after commissioning is also something that requires attention, especially for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines – it is necessary to check whether their pins have been removed ; Is the pipeline deformed, and is there still enough slack in the supports? ; 4. Are the valves on the vent lines of the container equipment properly closed? Could lightning cause a fire? ; Can another valve be added on top? ; 5. Is the cover of the cable box secure?
