There is a whistling sound in the circulating hydrogen pipeline

Recently, there has been an occasional whistling sound (quite loud) in the outlet pipeline of the cycle hydrogen compressor in the diesel hydrogenation unit. What are the causes and solutions?
Reason: Surge in the pipeline system. Solution: Change the diameter of the outlet pipeline or adjust the outlet flow rate
I have similar doubts, but aircraft parameters are generally monitored closely, and the anti-stall displays are placed in prominent locations – could it be that they didn’t notice?
The whistling sound is definitely caused by some kind of throttling somewhere, which results in an excessive flow rate. The reason for this throttling could be solid blockages or liquid present at the outlet; regular cleaning will resolve this issue
The whistling sound caused by an excessively high flow velocity at the compressor outlet can be addressed by reducing the compressor’s outlet flow rate or increasing the diameter of the outlet pipe, provided that the compressor does not experience surge; it is recommended to solve the problem through operational adjustments!
