Recently, it has risen to 6000 before treatment, fluctuating between 2000 and 6000, and it remains in the single digits after treatment. We have encountered similar situations here as well; we need to check whether the sampler is carrying liquid while sampling, as even a small amount of liquid can significantly affect the accuracy of the sample analysis
Using test tubes for hydrogen sulfide analysis relies heavily on the operator; we have encountered situations where the hydrogen sulfide levels measured during the day were high, while they were low at night. Could this be because the same person was responsible for sampling and conducting the analysis? It turned out later that the laboratory technicians at night are not very good at conducting analyses. So I suggest you have the analysis supervisor conduct two analyses on-site to see the results. Under normal operating conditions, hydrogen sulfide levels cannot experience such large fluctuations.
The sulfur content in your raw materials must have increased, which in turn raises the reaction temperature; as a result, the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the recycle hydrogen before desulfurization goes up
