Why does the temperature at the bottom of the methanol wash tower remain unchanged? What’s the reason?
The bottom temperature of the tower is affected by changes in the temperature of the preceding section; if the temperature of the incoming gas remains constant, as well as the washing flow rate and the intermediate heat exchange, then the bottom temperature of the tower remains almost unchanged
