I still can’t; it’s too difficult to answer. :'(:'(
Confirm that the pressure at low levels is sufficient to ensure unobstructed flow to the flare, and that the pressure at high levels has dropped to a slightly lower level; then open the valve to allow air to be used for purging

Things are more or less the same over there: the pressure on the hydrogen-side is reduced to an appropriate level, and oil is used to take advantage of the pressure difference; if the condition isn’t clean enough, nitrogen is introduced into the hydrogen system after applying pressure in order to purge it
We lower the pressure in the reaction system so that the high-pressure side is within 2 bars above the low-pressure side, and then we apply oil pressure, continuing to do so until cross-pressure ceases
