The flushing oil flow is as follows: diesel is used as the flushing oil and is divided into three paths; 1. It is directly connected to each heavy oil pump. 2. The medium-pressure flushing oil pump is activated to pressurize the fluid and supply it to various instrument points in the low-pressure system. 3. The high-pressure flushing oil pump is activated to supply pressure to various instrument points in the high-pressure system. Is this system used continuously or intermittently? What is its function? High-pressure and medium-pressure flushing oils are mainly used to clean and protect pumps and instruments in hydrocracking units. High-pressure flushing oil: After being pressurized by a high-pressure flushing oil pump, it is sent to various instrumentation points in the high-pressure system; its purpose is to effectively clean and protect the corresponding equipment and pipelines in high-pressure environments. 2. Medium-pressure flushing oil: After being pressurized by the medium-pressure flushing oil pump, it is sent to various instrument points in the low-pressure system. Although the pressure is higher than that in low-pressure systems, flushing is still necessary to protect the equipment and remove any possible impurities. This flushing system can be used continuously or intermittently depending on the actual conditions. Under normal circumstances, the frequency and method of flushing are determined based on the operating status of the equipment and the maintenance schedule. Frequent use of flushing oil can effectively reduce equipment failures and ensure the stable operation of hydrocracking units. .
