It is said that the core advantage of continuous hydrogenation catalysis technology lies in its ability to produce materials of higher purity at lower catalyst costs, making it easier to achieve polymer-grade and electronic-grade quality levels and thus helping to overcome the challenges associated with industrial upgrading. As a high-tech enterprise of ** level incubated by the Kay Gung Innovation Laboratory, Jiaxiang Technology has solved the industry challenges associated with the synthesis of special amine materials. The cost of the catalyst required for this device has been reduced by 80%, breaking the foreign technological monopoly and offering the potential for complete import substitution of special amine materials. Leveraging its core technological advantages, JiaHydro Technology has developed a diversified portfolio of industrial applications. In the field of new materials, the research team has overcome the challenges associated with the synthesis of ultra-high-purity monomers for advanced materials such as para-aramid, polyimide, and specialty nylons, thereby providing support for the upgrading of China’s new materials industry. In the pharmaceutical industry, relevant catalyst products have been successfully used in the synthesis of steroid-based anti-tumor drugs, helping customers reduce catalyst costs by up to 40%. In the field of hydrogen energy, catalysts for hydrogen production via water electrolysis are capable of operating stably in proton-exchange membrane systems with a capacity of several megawatts as well as in anion-exchange membrane systems with a capacity of hundreds of kilowatts. Their performance is comparable to that of imported products, while the cost is reduced by 35%.
