Before that, it was qualified sulfur; the sulfur at the first cooling outlet was also brownish in color, while the sulfur from the second and third cooling stages was still acceptable
It is likely that the acidic gas contains high levels of hydrocarbons, as these hydrocarbons have not been completely burned. Insufficient air supply leads to the formation of black sulfur
Rust appears as small solid pieces in liquid sulfur, and can be easily distinguished from black sulfur.

Acidic gases contain hydrocarbons; insufficient air supply leads to incomplete combustion of these hydrocarbons, resulting in black sulfur. Pay special attention to the pipeline from the sulfur cooler to the sulfur seal tank to ensure it is not blocked.
Insufficient air supply and carbon buildup may be due to poor removal of hydrocarbons in the feed to the stripping and regeneration units!
