We intend to use the alkali washing method for desulfurization, and we are seeking information regarding the process of alkali washing as well as an overview of the equipment used for this purpose! ! !
Where are you? What about using alkaline solutions and wastewater?

If the acidic water stripping tower is equipped with an alkali injection process, the waste alkali after alkali washing can be recovered for use in alkali injection within the stripping tower.

The power wave washing process has strong adaptability, features a high liquid-to-gas ratio, and can handle wide variations in the inlet SO2 concentration. For power wave washing, there are two nozzles, one reverse spray tower, and one alkali solution separation tank; the wastewater is oxidized with air before being discharged to the wastewater treatment facility.
Alkali washing is used, and the alkali slag can be utilized for flue gas desulfurization.
This would need to be designed by a design institute. Previously, our local design institute prepared a preliminary draft; I saw an electronic version of it. It involves adding a caustic scrubbing tower made up of trays to the flue gas section of the exhaust gas incinerator. The caustic solution is used to produce caustic sludge, which is then sent away or used in wastewater stripping processes. However, there is no detailed design yet – detailed calculations are required, and this is a rather complex task
