Is the sulfur unit still purged with gas?

There is a leak in the excess sulfur tank of my sulfur production unit, which requires shutdown for repairs; as a result, it is not possible to use gas for sulfur removal. Can we skip the sulfur blowing with gas and simply shut down the plant for repairs? Please feel free to speak up; it’s for everyone’s mutual improvement. Thank you. How does everyone deal with leaks in their remaining pots?
It is still considered necessary to use gas for sulfur removal; alternatively, purified gas can be used for this purpose. Because your system is clogged; if you don’t blow out the sulfur, it’s likely to get even more clogged and won’t be able to operate.
Find out what is causing the blockage Is it the Klaus system or the exhaust system that is clogged?
I think what was said upstairs makes sense; we should first find out the cause of the blockage before determining a solution. Besides, since there is a blockage, how can gas be used for purging?
